The Rex Calendar uses the iCal data standard. This allows users to subscribe to updates from their Rex Calendar. This subscription is a one-way feed, so you're seeing updates from inside of Rex.
This also restricts you from updating the calendar from outside Rex. All entries to the Rex Calendar must come from events that you've created in Rex.
