While Rex Software is recommended for use on a Desktop (or via our Pocket by Rex mobile application), you are able to use it on most tablets. While on tablets (iPad, etc), you will not have access to many Admin/Settings sections, as these are too difficult to safely use on a reduced screen size.
We recommend downloading Google Chrome (via the app store) on your iPad for optimised results, and ensuring you're using the latest version available for whichever web browsing app you choose.
Ensure that you are using an operational WiFi signal, or that your device data is activated and has a signal.
If you are having trouble logging into Rex on an iPad or iPhone, please contact the support team with answers to the following questions:
- Are you receiving an error message? If so, a screenshot of the error message will help us to see what's going wrong.
- Which web browsing app are you using to access Rex on your iPad? (Google Chrome & Mozilla Firefox are the two supported browser types)
- What version of software is your iPad running, and what version on iPad is it (Pro, Air, etc)
- Are you using WiFi or 3G/4G?
