Against Contacts
- Go to Contacts > All Contacts
- Select all Records
- Click Mass Actions > Reassign Reminders
- Choose the current task owner
- Choose someone else as the new task owner
- Click Reassign Reminders
Against Properties
- Go to Properties > All Properties
- Select all Records
- Click Mass Actions > Reassign Reminders
- Choose the current task owner
- Choose someone else as the new task owner
- Click Reassign Reminders
If there are no reminders to reassign you will receive the below error:
