Like the Stream tab, the Reminders tab is universally available on all of your records; Properties, Listings, and Contacts. The Reminders tab allows you to view and add tasks/appointments in relation to a record.
Reminders are unique within Rex, in that they will both create a Reminder under the record in the Reminders Tab, and activate on a specified date - this will generate a Reminder in the Dashboard at the start of the day, which becomes a completable Task.
Completing Reminders will progress that day's agenda counter, make the Reminder available for reporting, and saves a record of the Reminder against the related Contact/Listing/Property.
When adding a Reminder to a Property record, it will also add that reminder to the Listing record; and vice versa. Essentially, it's the same Reminder - so if you mark it as complete on one, it will mark as complete on the other.
In the reminders tab, you can either add:
- A Reminder - A single reminder on a record
- A Track - A series of reminders attached to the record
