You can filter Reminders on Home by following the below steps:
Go to 'Home'
Open 'Reminders'
From here, you can use the 'Filter By' options to filter the Reminders down to yourself, your team, or a specific set of Agents - and filter by the 'Reminder Type', 'Completion Status', and 'Importance'.
There's an additional 'Description' filter so you can filter for specific tasks from a track across multiple Listings. This is flexible enough to work for Admin users who help one team, Admin users who jump between teams/agents and Admin users who cover the whole agency's operations.
You can also 'Group By' Property, Contact, Due Date or Track, with the ability to collapse and expand each grouping for total control over what you are viewingY. You can now also choose to filter by 'Specific Properties', if you need to show only Reminders related to the Property you're working on at the time.
This is flexible enough to work for Admin users who help one team, Admin users who jump between teams/agents and Admin users who cover the whole agency's operations.
The new Quick Date Filters (Overdue, Today, This Week, This Month, Custom) allow you to focus on the reminders that matter.
