AI Merge Content Creation allows you to produce AI generated, tailored customer communications in seconds.
To make use of AI merge content creation, simply open your record and click 'Merge' > 'Send Email' or 'Send SMS' like you normally would, then follow these steps;
- Click the 'Generate Email' button in the bottom right corner of the text box
- Type in your email 'Subject', then select the appropriate 'Topic' and 'Call to Action' if applicable
- Click 'Smart Compose'
You'll now have a fully automated, tailored message to your Contact based on the options selected. If you're not fully satisfied with the message written, you can refine it using the automatic options below;
- Refine the text completely to emphasise more or less on a certain subject
- Make the message shorter or longer
- Adjust the tone to make the message more Formal, Friendly, Casual, Saleslike or Quirky to suit the Contact/s involved
- Refine the audience being targeted
- Clear and generate a completely new message
When you're happy with the message written, just click 'Insert' and the message will be applied to your 'Merge' workflow, ready to send.
