By default, the REINZ Integration won't show in the ‘Discover’ section of ‘Admin’ > ‘Integrations’ until a Rex/REINZ Integration Agreement has been signed by the Account holder, and REINZ representative, and Rex. This is due to legal limitations set out by REINZ.
In order to make the Integration available, just reach out to REINZ directly and request a 'Rex Integration Agreement' be drawn up for yourself and Rex to sign. When received;
- Sign your part.
- Send through to support@rexsoftware.com.au for us to sign our part.
- We'll send the signed copy back to you, for REINZ to then sign their part and send back to both of us.
- Once we've received the fully signed agreement, our Product team will take the action required to enable the Integration in your account.
When this has been enabled, you'll then be able to take the regular steps to Activate the Integration.
