You can also set up default accounts which will pre-populate the account field in certain areas:
- Agency Share Commission
- Agent’s Payable Commission in the Commission Worksheet
- VPA Invoices & Advertising Products
To set your default accounts;
- Go to 'Settings' from the left side menu > 'Finance & Commissions'
- Go to 'Account Defaults'
- Set any of the three options (Agency Share Commission, Payable Commission and Advertising Products) to an account of your choice
- Click 'Save'
