Custom Fields are used to house additional information in Rex which would be useful for your agency to keep.
If you dont currently see somewhere appropriate to insert particular pieces of information or data on a record, you can set up a Custom Field for you and your Team.
- From the left side menu go to Settings > Under Customisations, go to Custom Fields & Tabs
- In the left-hand menu, choose the type of tabs you would like to work with:
- Contact Tabs - for contacts only
- Property Tabs - for properties and listings
- Listing Tabs - for listings only
- Project Tabs - for projects only
- Project Stage Tabs - for project stages only
- Contracts - for contracts only
- Deals - for deals only
- Partial Leads - for partial leads only
- Agency - for the agency
- Locations - for each location within an agency
- Users - for each user within an agency
- Click into the system tab you want to add your field to
- Click 'Add Group'
- Give the field a name
- Click Add Field
- Choose the Type
- Enter a title for the field
- Click Save
