What is a Manual Match?

After creating a Match Profile, you might want to send your Contact a stocklist of matched Listings, or email them a list of the matched Listings. 

To do this, you need to:

1. Open the Contact you want to perform the Manual Match on
2. Go into the Match tab
3. Click the Match button on the Match Profile you want to use

In the new window, you can see all current Listings that match the Contact's Match Profile. If you wish to change the Match Profile, click on Modify Match Criteria at the top of the screen.

If you want to view the list on a Map, click Show Results on Map. To get out of that view, click on the Large X to the right.

Send Matched Listings

1. Click the Grey Flag on the Listings you wish to highlight, turning the flag Blue
2. Click Email Flagged
3. If you want to edit the message in the email, click on Edit Subject/Message
4. Click Send

Create a Stocklist of Match Listings

1. Click the Grey Flag on the Listings you wish to highlight, turning the flag Blue
2. Click on the Drop Down arrow, next to Email Flagged
3. Choose which Stocklist you wish to create
4. You can then either:
   • Click Download Report to save the PDF
   • Click Email Report to create a new email wit the PDF attached. Note this is a temporary file and will only be available for 2 weeks.
