Sometimes, you may not be in the office when needing to a contact. Our mobile app Pocket will enable you to add contacts whilst on the go, without needing to log into the Rex Desktop app.
The contacts section in Pocket offers most of the core features from Rex Desktop. They are listed below:
- Adding new contacts/companies
- Editing existing contacts/companies
- Adding/Editing tags to contact records
- Calling, SMSing and Emailing contacts
To add a contact into Pocket:
- Open the Pocket app on your mobile device
- Click on the + button at the screen
- Choose Contact
- Enter the required contact information (e.g. First Name, Last Name, Email Address Phone Number)
- Click Add
