When you are conducting your Door Knocking Campaign, you can log the outcome of each Market Lead in the Campaign via our Pocket app.
This allows you to log the outcomes whilst on the go.
First you will need to have created a Route plan - please see : How to create a Route Plan in Pocket(link)
To log the outcome of a Market Lead:
1. When viewing your Route Plan > click on a Market Lead along the bottom of the Route Plan.
2. Click on Log Door Knock
3. A pop up box will appear asking whether you were able to speak with someone i.e. click yes / no
4. Next, you can chose from a few options : Change Status in Campaign, Update Contact Info, Update Address and Add Note
5. Once you have logged the details of the outcome > Click Done
Please note: When selecting Update Contact Info, you can either update the Contact Details or add a new Contact in if no Contact Record already exists for the person. If a Contact record already exists and you click on create Contact, Pocket will inform you that a possible duplicate Contact Record exists. Similarly when updating Address information, if a Property already exists Pocket will let you know of any duplicate records.
