To send an Offer letter via Mail Merge on an Offer:
1. Go to the Listing & click on the Legal Tab
2. Scroll down to the Offer section > Hover over the offer
3. Click on the dropdown arrow that appears & select Mail Merge
4. Next, in the pop up box that appears change the Type to Letter
5. Click Continue
6. You will see a pop up box with the fields for creating the Letter Merge
7. Enter the details i.e. fill in the To: field
8. Click on Use Template to select a Template > Add Template
9. When you are finished click Send
