What is the difference between a Listing Record and a Property Record?
Property Records in Rex give you quick access to core Property info (beds, baths etc) as well as current and historic photos.
It has an archive that shows historic sales and appraisal information, and even a map for better context. Everything you need to prospect in one place.
You'll notice on the right hand panel on a Property Record, shows details of past and current Owners, Tenants and other Contacts with any relationship with a Property. The related record pop-out lets you view Contact details, send emails and add notes without leaving the Property record.
Listing Records in Rex has features for managing advertising, e-marketing, print-marketing, vendor relationships and contracts.
For example, it allows you to add the price of the property, any marketing text, add property images and allows you to track the legal details and offers made against the Listing.
The Listing Record is essentially the online advert for the property.
Please Note: A Listing Record cannot exist without a Property Record. Property Records are the foundation from which a Listing Record is created.
