The Leads feature in Pocket allows you to view, edit and process your listing enquiries which means that you can easily SMS, email or call the client who has enquired.
This works virtually the same as Rex and any contact made out of Pocket will be applied to the record stream.
You even have to ability to create feedback from the enquiry which will be used for vendor reporting. To view your enquiries, just open up Pocket and click on Leads > My Leads.
You'll see a list of any enquiries that you have received, so just click on one that you'd like to view.
This will bring you to a page like the below:
You'll see that you have an option to call the contact who made the enquiry, but sometimes you may want to do another process first like make anote, addingenquiry feedbackor sending anemail.
To do this, just click on the 3 dots icon in the top right-hand corner:
Your options:
Mark as complete - This will mark the lead as complete without making any contact from Pocket to the contact
Add Note - This will add a note to both the contact & listing record
Add enquiry feedback - This will add a feedback entry to the listing record which can be used for vendor reporting
Send email - This will allow you to send an email to the client. This email entry will be applied to both the contact & listing stream
Send SMS - This will allow you to send an SMS to the client. This email entry will be applied to both the contact & listing stream
Call - This will bring up a dialogue to allow you to call the client directly from your mobile phone
Delete - This will allow you to delete the enquiry entry entirely
