Most users have the ability to create Tags on records in their database. This is a great organisational tool, however, it can become very confusing if everyone starts adding in multiple tags for the same thing.
We recommend adding System Tags to combat this. This will give your users the ability to choose predefined Tags rather than having to creating new ones. It might be best to get together as a team and work out the best Tags to add to your system.
Tags added as System Tags are available from the drop-down list when adding and filtering Tags.
To filter Contacts by Tags:
1. Go to the Contacts Module > All Contacts
2. Click on Filter at the top of the list
3. Enter the Tag in the Tag field or simply click on the Tag icon to see a list of predefined tags > select a tag
4. Click Apply Filter
